 It's a nice case but... January 7, 2009
If you are looking for something lightweight and small this isn't the bag. It's huge! I does have tons of configurable slots to put a lot of things in.
 A matter of expectations . . . October 25, 2008
This is the kind of item that makes me feel very positive toward Amazon. I initially went on site to purchase a GENUINE Canon NB-2LH battery. With this starter kit priced at just $12 more than a battery alone on Amazon (or about an equal-to price at some other reputable, dependable eStores) and free shipping, I was really skeptical that I would find a GENUINE Canon NB-2LH battery in the kit--I did. The 200DG bag is fantastic and will replace the Canon 200EG backpack I originally purchased for approximately $60 (more than this starter kit.) I haven't looked at the lens filter as I did not need it.
As a professional video producer (and enthusiastic photographer), I have purchased everything from Pro camcorders and lighting equipment to dental floss through Amazon. I was so please with the bargain that this is, I am writing this first review of anything I have ever purchased online. Needless to say, it exceeded my expectations.
Unfortunately, now that you have read this, I doubt your expectations will be exceeded, but you will feel you received a nice deal.

Camera bag is very heavy duty, the haze filter is definitely a must, as well as the extra battery because my camera at least goes through the batter pretty fast. The bag has very good padding and lots of compartments.

Canon - Digital camera starter kit
What more can I say than "WOW"? For just a little more than the price of the spare battery alone you get a fantastic Canon carry bag and the Haze filter.
The only catch is, if you want a small camera bag, this is not the one for you. If, however, you are looking for a camera bag that will carry your camera body, an assortment of lenses, filters, flash, spare batteries and charger and many memory cards, THIS IS THE ONE! I love having an actual Canon bag for my Canon camera and accessories.
I am very happy with this Amazon purchase and would recommend it to friends.
