Can't get it to download pics December 8, 2007

I got this camera as a company service gift. I like the size, however, the camera is rather cheap. The instructions are not detailed enough. I can't get the pics downloaded onto my PC, and haven't been able to figure it out. I would not spend close to $100 for this - I'm surprised that this is what this camera is worth. Very disappointed.
